The Western Australia Health District region of Gascoyne has an approximate area of 111,000 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Brown Range, Carnarvon, Coral Bay, Gascoyne Junction, Greys Plain and South Plantations plus parts of Babbage Island, Bernier Island, Brockman, Dorre Island, East Carnarvon, Exmouth, Kingsford, Massey Bay, Morgantown, North Plantations and South Carnarvon.
It is comprised of the localities of Cape Range National Park, East Lyons River, Exmouth Gulf, Gascoyne River, Inggarda, Kennedy Range, Learmonth, Lyndon, Macleod, Minilya, Ningaloo, North West Cape, West Lyons River and Yandoo Creek plus parts of Wooramel.
It is comprised of the council of Upper Gascoyne plus parts of Carnarvon and Exmouth.
It is surrounded by the health districts of Geraldton, Murchison and West Pilbara.
It is within the state electorate of North West Central.
It is within the federal electorate of Durack.
