At Karlah Care, we are a dedicated disability support organisation committed to providing person-centred care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. Our approach is built on compassion, reliability, and respect for each participant’s unique goals, preferences, and abilities.

We provide a wide range of high-quality services, including:

• Community Participation – supporting individuals to engage in social, recreational, and educational activities that promote inclusion and independence.

• In-Home Support – assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores within the comfort of participants’ own homes.

• Respite Care – offering short-term support for participants and their families, including respite for children, in a safe and caring environment.

• Daily Living Assistance – helping participants build essential life skills to enhance confidence and independence.

• Short- and Medium-Term Accommodation (STA/MTA) – providing flexible housing options for those needing temporary or transitional support.

We currently have fully equipped homes available to accommodate participants — one located in Banksia Grove and another in Bullsbrook. Each home is designed to offer a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment for respite care or Supported Independent Living (SIL), with a focus on wellbeing, inclusion, and community connection.

Karlah Care proudly supports NDIS-funded participants, individuals under guardianship, and those receiving other forms of funding, ensuring that everyone has access to the quality care and support they deserve.
