My Dreams supports NDIS Participants:- live a fulfilling life in rented or own houses through-house cleaning & gardening. -Coordinating psychosocial supports to end the isolation by connecting participants to different community activities like group, shopping, library, park visits, medical appointments & providing transport. -Developing participants' life skills of selfcare &healthy eating.
