After Hours Doctor - Medicare Bulk-billed

Hola Health now supports access to GP consultations outside standard clinic hours that are 100% bulk billed for eligible patients*, when your regular GP may be unavailable. Please refer to the information below for eligibility criteria.

These consultations are intended for urgent medical concerns that arise outside usual GP opening hours. Consultations are provided by Australian-registered doctors and are bulk billed, with no out-of-pocket cost for eligible patients.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A valid Medicare card is required

• This service is not a replacement for emergency care

• In a medical emergency, please call 000 or attend the nearest emergency department

• Availability is subject to clinical appropriateness and demand

When is after-hours care available?

Weekdays: 6:00PM - 7:30AM

Saturdays: 12AM - 7:30AM

Sundays and public holidays: Available all day, 24 hours.
