Good Deed Movement

Offers free group fitness classes that promote random acts of kindness, connection and inclusion in the Armadale, Gosnells and Fremantle areas.

We specialise in working with people who want to exercise, but don’t have the means to do so.

Free walking group, yoga classes and functional fitness. monthly wellness events.

 

Walking Group w/ Ivan:

Targeted for beginners who are wanting to kick start their fitness journey.  Our walking group provides a great way to meet friends and get outdoors and are open to residents of all ages and fitness levels. We start at 5:30pm meeting at the Harrisdale Playing fields near the playground.

Free Yoga w/ Bec:

This class focuses on connecting breath to movement. Sequences are creative and change every class. Expect a physically challenging class balanced with deeper relaxation postures toward the end. This class is open to all levels.

Coffee catch up at That Plant Café` straight afterwards

7:00am – 8:00am Kelmscott Hall

 

High Sweat W/ Mike:

Expect to work up a sweat with this functional workout that is unique and has challenging intervals. This class will get you huffing and puffing. The aim is to improve your endurance and radically boost your fitness level!
