Our Support Coordinators can:

• Assist you to understand the NDIS and build your capacity to navigate the NDIS system and the Myplace portal
• Assist you to identify the support you need to work towards your goals as outlined in your NDIS Plan. We can also brainstorm innovative and flexible approaches to get the most out of your plan 
• Empower you to implement your choice and control by giving you information and supporting you to connect with a variety of service providers. We can provide support and outline your options if things aren’t going well with your provider
• Act as a go-between for you, service providers and the NDIS and help you to develop your confidence and capacity to do this
• Provide information and connect you with your local community and mainstream supports
• Work with you to develop skills, capacity and resilience
• Provide coordination to assist you to respond to a crisis situation
• Assist with the coordination of requested reports and evidence
• Assist you to explore housing options and write reports if required
• Assist you to prepare for your annual review or appeal decisions
