About Us

Provide a primary health care service to the people and families of the Fremantle/Cockburn area. Community nurses, Child Health Nurse, Diabetes Education Classes, Enuresis Clinic, Aboriginal health, Immunisation Clinic.

Immunization Clinics Hilton Community Health Centre Monday & Wednesday 9.00 am - 12.30 pm Thursday 9.00 am - 12.30 pm, 1.30 pm - 3.00 pm by appointment only. Bookings are available on 08 9337 2528.
