Home Care & Safety Services
About Us
We are passionate about the quality of life for people living with memory loss, and younger onset dementia & offer a holistic approach. Our services can be funded through the NDIS, Aged Care Packages, Medicare and some private Health Funds. We visit clients at home & aged care residences.
Memory Nurture can provide Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Music and Art Therapy. We have skilled Therapy Assistants and Support Workers who can engage clients in a range of activities based on their personal preferences and goals. These activities may include going out into the community or home-based activities.
We have specialised Music programs aimed at providing musical interventions to those with dementia and the frail aged. Meet a Musician for Dementia and Meet a Musician for Seniors are online music programs that allow individuals to book a one-to-one session with a talented Musical Artist. Sessions are conducted via the Zoom platform and are tailored to the person's preferences.
