About Us
The course is an out-and-back, beginning at the last line of paving bricks in front of the ablution block next to the Three Anchors. Head south-east up the Ellen Cove board walk and follow the path around the mountain for 2.5k. Keeping to the left, turn around behind the path central divider and head back from whence you came. Just before you reach the start point, follow the signs and marshals and turn right on to the access path and ramp to Middleton beach, and then left once you hit the sand for another 50m Facilities Public amenities include toilets and shower, a children's playground and grassed area. There is free parking along Flinders Parade and next to the roundabout on Adelaide Crescent. Post-run coffee and meals can be obtained at the Three Anchors. Getting there by public transportN/A Getting there on footFrom the centre of Albany, follow the path along Middleton Rd to Flinders Parade, turning right and follow the path past the Surf Club to the Three Anchors. Getting there by roadAs you enter Albany from the large roundabout on Albany Highway: Take Albany Highway to Middleton Rd. Follow Middleton Rd and Adelaide Crescent to Flinders Parade in Middleton Beach.Please consider car-pooling.
