Connect2Care was founded by health professionals with a shared passion for helping people with a disability reach their highest potential.

We offer predominantly mobile services throughout Australia, and our therapists have extensive experience working in homes, schools, and other community-based settings. We also provide in-centre therapy at our metropolitan hubs in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, as well as Telehealth appointments.
