What We Do

1. Manage the administration of your NDIS funding, including claiming for services and paying provider invoices. We are an efficient and transparent organisation, ensuring that payments are made as soon as possible, providing you with updates on each payment.

2. Give you the opportunity and flexibility to use the provider that is right for you. You will not be limited to those registered with the NDIS, but can choose any provider.

3. Provision of a mobile app with real time information on your budget and spending. We also send out monthly statements. This communication gives you the reassurance that your funding is being well managed.

4. Prioritise your personalised support. We are available to answer questions, and assist in any way we can. It is important to us that you are listened to, respected, and get the most out of your NDIS funding.
