Connect2Care is a leading provider of therapeutic services focused on meeting the needs of children and adults living with disability in our community. As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Dietetics.

We offer a predominately mobile service allowing therapy to be provided within your own environment. We are currently based in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia & the ACT with Telehealth also available. We have specialised NDIS consultants on hand to assist you with navigating the process.
