OVERSEAS SUPPORT AND INTEGRATION FOR MIGRANTS IN THE WIMMERA REGION 

OASIS WIMMERA was formed in 2010 by three Australian migrants living in Horsham, Victoria.

What was a mere seed of thought in the minds of these three people, very different in their personalities and outlook but like-minded when it came to migrant issues, very soon blossomed into OASIS Wimmera.

OASIS Wimmera was established with the primary aim to support and assist overseas migrants to integrate into Australian society and understand the cultural transition between Australia and their country of origin. 

Social events comprising of both outdoors and indoors activities will be organised on a regular basis to enable people to get to know each other and to ease their assimilation into the local community and Australian culture.
