Rachel Jeffery

Tania is dedicated to promoting wellness with her patients, and works dynamically with the techniques and theories of Psychoanalysis, Lacan, Mindell, Beck’s Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Ellis’s Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Shapiro’s Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Art therapy. She is a caring, dedicated, and client focused practitioner.

Tania has worked in the community and health field since 1998 including establishing health services with community organisations and Local Government. She has worked with social justice organisations, medical practice, as well as private practice focusing on the assessment and treatment of people with mental health difficulties. She has undertaken honorary psychology supervision positions with Monash University, as well as psychology tutoring and supervision positions with Australian Catholic University.
