Well Adjusted is a mental and physical therapy service that offers Zenthai Shiatsu as one of its modalities along with counselling and psychotherapy. Our treatment styles are personalised to ensure clients receive a healthy balance of therapy for their body, mind, and spirit. All practitioners work within an academic framework but also draw from numerous teachings from Eastern practices.
