DVLC is a not-for-profit charitable organisation operating as a Community Adult Learning Centre, a Registered Training Organization (RTO), a Learn Local and Neighbourhood House which;

• builds its reputation on a foundation of Trust.
• takes Care for students’ individual needs keeping classes intimate and friendly.
• provides a thriving community hub where people feel a sense of Belonging.

For over 40 years DVLC has transformed lives through creating educational opportunities for the people of the Banyule/Nillumbik region.
