Mainly Music

Concord playgroup is run within a council facility that has a large indoor space set up for young children aged 0-6 to play and parents/carers to socialise. It leads onto a spacious fenced outdoor area that includes a playground, sandpit and cubby house.

Parents/Carers arrive at Concord playgroup each week at the start of their nominated 2-hour session. Our sessions are not facilitated, meaning that the parents, carers and children are free to choose what activities to do each session. We have a fantastic range of indoor and outdoor play equipment and provide all craft materials. See our Gallery for photos of the facility, equipment, toys and materials.

Most sessions have children of mixed-ages, as many parents/carers bring multiple children along to a session. These sessions are open to new enrolments throughout the year. However, groups, such as New Parent Groups, may like to book a private session where they alone can come to continue to socialise with parents of the same aged children after their council-led education sessions have ended.

Sessions are held Monday to Friday every week, all year round.
