After Amanda's first visit to Tasmania in 2024, sge was deeply moved by the island’s natural beauty, gentle pace, and welcoming lifestyle. That visit led to a major life change: relocating from Cairns to Hobart, a city she now feels fortunate to call home.

The night of arrival in Hobart, Amanda witnessed a rare and breathtaking sight — the Aurora Australis, green lights dancing across the sky. That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter and became the inspiration for Greenlights Therapies. The name reflects both Tasmania’s stunning landscape and the values that shape our practice: excellence, integrity, warmth, collaboration, and evidence-based, holistic care. Green lights symbolise progress, clarity, and confident steps in the right direction.
