About Us

The Anxiety Disorders & Trauma Clinic (ADTC) offers assessment and evidence-based cognitive behaviour therapy (including follow-up services) for adults, adolescents and children with anxiety and trauma-related disorders. Individuals may self-refer or be referred by a medical professional.Additionally, ADTC provides therapeutic and assessment services for insurance claims and Employee Assistance Programs as well as Critical Incident Debriefing.
