About Us
Our Service:
Wellness With Deb provides health aids, in the form of external breast prostheses, to ladies who've undergone breast cancer surgery to remove part or all of their breast.
DVA, Medicare & Health Fund Rebates:
Medicare & (some) Private Health Funds provide a rebate towards the purchase of an external breast prostheses. DVA card holders should seek advice from Veterans Affairs, plus obtain a referral from the GP before making an appointment; in most cases DVA will fully subside the cost.
Appointments:
Fittings are by appointment only, and are available most weekdays & weekends. Please contact us or book online at our website.
Location:
Wellness With Deb is located at a private residence at Habana, however mobile fittings to your home / nursing home, are available by request (these visits may attract a small fee to cover our travel).

Eligibility Notes
Non-Medicare card holders are ineligible to obtain a Medicare rebate. DVA card holders must approach their GP to complete a D904 Request Form, prior to making an appointment.
