We work with indivudals using a strenths based and recovery framework.  Graceville acknowledges individuals as equal and contributing members of our community.  Our objective is to assist people to remain or become independent by supporting them to establish and/or maintain: secure accommodation; health and spiritual wellbeing; access to employment and education; strong community relationships; and individual dreams and aspirations.

We work to create an environmnet that gives individuals the space to explore the current situations and to determine their future goals.  We walk beside and support individuals on their personal journey.

We have a range of accommodation facilities.  We also provide support in peoples homes.

We are a Partners in Recovery (PIR) host agency.
