About Us
Tailored Support Services was founded in 2017 on the Sunshine Coast by Alex Taylor. Having 14+ years experience in the industry, originally from the UK, Alex has a passion in providing participants with a person-centred approach. It is clear that the genuine care and love for her work has rubbed off across her Support Work Team. We know how important its is to find the right fit for your needs.
We pride ourselves in finding the perfect Staff for your daily living requirements and the right people to help you achieve your goals. Our friendly team of qualified Support Workers will accompany you to activities as part of community participation, assist you around your home, shopping trips, help you to attend appointments, transport and anything it is that you require support for.
We believe that everyone deserves to live with a sense of PURPOSE, a sense of BELONGING and a sense of WELLBEING. We see the importance in everyone having the chance to experience different opportunities and to live their life to its fullest. We support you to live your best life.
TSS provide 24/7 supports across a number of Supported Independent Living arrangements, In-Home Support, Community Access and Respite arrangements to name just a few.
Our friendly office team are available Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. They are more than happy to assist you in person from our office or over the phone to put you in touch with the right person.
