Founded from firsthand experience within large support organisations, This Ability was born out of a desire to do things differently. We saw a gap where individuality was often overlooked, and participants were slotted into pre-existing programs that didn’t reflect their interests or aspirations. That’s why we created This Ability—to shift the focus from programs to people.
