Arts Therapy and Somatic Therapy for  children, adolescents and adults: private clients, NDIS participants, school communities. Creative and experiential strength based, person centred, and trauma informed approaches to support mental health, functionality and wellbeing. Sessions may include arts ( visual painting, drawing constructions, clay, textiles, writing,  music, movement, drama, mindfulness, somatic body based activities, psycho education.  Programs/and therapeutic experiences can be designed to suit the needs of individuals, groups, and organisations/schools. Professional supervision also available. North Ipswich, face to face, online and outreach to the wider region.
