Hinterlad Community Care is a not for profit community based organisation providing services to the Isaac region in Aged Care, Home Care Packages, CCS funding for under 65 year or 50years  if of Aboriginal, Torris Straight, Cald and a Registered NDIS Provider

Support with Social activities, personal care, domestic support, community access, transport and NDIS
