About Us

Meet Kate:

Kate is the founder of Strive Studios, an NDIS registered Physiotherapy clinic. She has a passion for holistic health management and is a strong believer that treatments need to be tailored to the individual and their goals. Kate aims to make her treatment sessions both fun and educational as to empower her clients to being an active participant in their health. Kate has over 8 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, working in London, Melbourne and on the Gold Coast. She has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents with disability to improve their strength, balance, and body awareness with the aim of assisting them with their tasks of daily living, sporting activities and to reduce pain and discomfort.
