Ozcare’s community care office in Innisfail proudly opened August 2024. Located next door to Ozcare’s Innisfail aged care facility, Ozcare is pleased to strengthen our community care offering to support Innisfail seniors with a wide range of home care and community support services to help them live independently and make the most of each day!

- Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Health Provider
- Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) Program Provider
- Fee for Service Provider (Privately Funded Care)
Service Area: North to Miriwinni and Eubenangee, south to New Harbourline, west to Pin Gin Hill and east to flying fish point.
