SANDBAG provides free, short-term confidential counselling for women and children impacted by domestic and family violence. Our experienced practitioners offer emotional support, safety planning, and practical assistance tailored to each individual’s needs. We create a safe and respectful space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and access referrals to other services if needed.

Self-referrals are welcome - no formal referral is required. Please note that to be eligible, clients must reside in our catchment area in selected north Brisbane suburbs. Please contact our team to discuss your situation or to make an appointment.
