Lovewell Foundation

Lovewell Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation located at the foot of Mount Gravatt, in Brisbane.

We champion and provide support to women from all walks of life that are in a vulnerable situation or dealing with its effects. This might include domestic and family violence, sexual assault, depression, substance abuse, social stigma and isolation.

We adopt a holistic approach, journeying with women to address these issues in an integrated way.

We believe in women’s strength and, collaboratively, we work with them towards defining, planning and achieving their goals.

We work with counsellors, social workers, a range of therapists, organisations and services, local businesses, volunteers and mentors to assist women through individual support, referral services, advocacy and programs of employment and training - such as our Lovewell Cafe - and a group work to assist women identify and develop their goals and plans for future.
