- We are a Disability service provider owned and operated by nurses and carers. We service the Gold Coast, Bayside (Redlands Bay) and Brisbane. - We have five (5) services that we offer: community nursing, community participation, assistance in daily living, household task and transition of care assistance.

OUR SERVICES

Daily Personal Activities

We provide assistance in daily living activities. This involves assistance within, but not limited to, the client’s home. We support clients with tasks that they may not be able to do so themselves without assistance, such as grooming, showering and eating.

Community Participation

We provide community outings and social activities tailored to your interests. We believe our client’s confidence, physical and mental wellbeing improve when they participate in community activities

Community Nursing Care

We provide delivery of health support by a registered nurse. With a combined 25 years’ experience in nursing care, Care Companion will assist you with all your nursing care needs.

Household Tasks

We provide basic household tasks such as cleaning, gardening, cooking and laundry. This service is for clients who may need extra support in their living space.

Transition Assistance

We provide short and long-term support that enables our clients to organise their support and help them live at home and participate in the community. This includes coordination of support, assistance with accommodation, mentoring and individual skill development.
