SERVICES OFFERED:
- Transport (going to work, appointments,
and other destinations). - Assistance with daily life/ activities (preparing meals, household cleaning, showering, grooming and shopping).
- Assistance with Social & Community Participation (assist participants in social & recreational activities ).
- Community Nursing (medication administrations, Wound dressing, PEG feeding, taking blood pressure & blood Sugar).
- Registered Supported Independent living - SIL/Respite
