Who Are We?
We are a group of artists that identify as disabled. We have come together to make art as well as make our local community more aware of disability issues.
What Are Our Goals?
Our manifesto contains all our goals, but in a nutshell
- To create a space and time that is artist with disability-friendly
- To promote and support our members and their work
- To exhibit our work to the greater community
- To become professional artists
Where Are We?
We are in Coonabarabran, NSW, Australia and surrounding areas; but welcome visiting, online and mentors to join us in any way they can.
What Are Our Plans?
We are applying for grants to invest in our member’s professional development. We are in the process of becoming an incorporated body. We are working with local groups to increase their understanding of disability and disability issues. We will be exhibiting member’s work at the end of our 12 month Develop, Promote, Display Project

We join together as a group of artists to grow in our creative and professional pursuits, to build our skills and experiences as we support a place of creativity for all, as individuals and as a group. We embrace diversity in art practices of all, and any, genre. We embrace diversity as, and in, the individual as a human ‘being’ the best they can be, and do, on any given day. We employ a duty of care to all members where a respectful nonjudgmental encouraging space is at our foundation for being. We invest in opportunities to welcome a variety of practicing artists, technologies, and art workers to share their skills and knowledge with our members We actively promote our aims and pursuits as a group to our local community and beyond. We are brave in speaking out about art and disability issues. Nothing changes in silence.
