Our focus at Empower Me Psychology is to provide a convenient client centred telehealth service to clients from anywhere. Telehealth appointments allow for client flexibility and comfortability in choosing your own environment. Empower me psychology offers a diverse range of therapy’s to suit individual needs and goals including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy DBT, Schema Therapy and Trauma-focused CBT. We accept client referrals for people of any age we can adapt the intervention to meet your goals and needs.
