Sisu Therapies is an integrated allied health service specialising in occupational therapy and mental health for young people.

We support clients aged 4 and up.

Our team includes experienced mental health occupational therapists, a clinical psychologist, and an allied health assistant.

As mental health occupational therapists, we take a holistic approach, supporting you to achieve goals that are meaningful to you. We provide a wide range of therapies with a focus on social and emotional wellbeing, all within a beautiful Beenleigh clinic designed to feel open and welcoming.

Our service is always LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming.

We are also a community-minded, social enterprise and involved in a range of projects, because we believe good mental health grows from community wellbeing.

Services:

Our therapists are able to provide sessions through NDIS plans, under the Better Access Mental Health Plans, Private Health and self funded. 

• Individual Psychotherapy and Counselling (CBT, ACT, DBT) 
• Group Therapy Programs
• Children & Parenting Support and Family Therapy 
• Video & Telehealth Therapy
• Expressive Therapies- Play and Creative Modalities
• Clinical Supervision
• Sensory modulation
• Assessments - including functional capacity assessments for psychosocial disabilities and sensory assessments.
• Group Therapy Programs - e.g. Minecraft, DnD, Art/Craft (these vary based on needs and availability)
