Community Aged Care

Envigor is a Community Aged Care company who deliver services to client in their homes through the Home Care Package, Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) and NDIS (for older participants).  We now have a local coordinator in Stanthorpe to help clients with their cares and have capacity to accept new clients.  We use local staff and our schedules are set ongoing so you get the same staff member at the same time each week.  

Envigor is an approved Home care provider through My Aged Care so we hold the packages ourselves, we don't have to broker through another provider. We have a strong clinical focus for our clients to ensure the best outcome, every HCP client has clinical assessments on admission and regular clinical reviews for their care plans ready for the change to the support at home program.
