Yellowbird can provide you with a range of supports to assist you to gain skills, build capacity in activities of daily living and improve independence related to identified needs.

Supporting adults with disabilities 18 years and above to live with independence every day. Yellowbird Wellbeing supports adults living with disabilities to improve their independence in everyday life through the provision of:

• Functional Capacity Assessment by Psychologist [can have multidisciplinary sign off with Occupational Therapist]
• OT Driver Assessment
• Boutique Respite short term accommodation [Farm Stay or Beach House] Locations
• Behaviour Assessment 
• Individual Living Options 
• Supported Independent Living 1:1 in your own home
• Social & Community Participation [support workers]
• Daily Activities and in-home support [support workers]
• Lifestyle Coordinators
• OT invention program with our Level 2 Allied Health Assistant 

?We use the most up to date evidence to guide our practice as we work with people to achieve their goals and maximise their participation in all areas of their life. This may include being able to make more decisions for themselves, doing more within their home, enjoying education opportunities, developing friendships and being an active participant in the wider community.
