OUR SERVICES

HOME SUPPORTS

Home supports help to maintain independence without compromising living standards. It includes a full range of tasks from personal care, cooking, housekeeping, medications, hygiene, and much more.

ACTIVITY ENGAGEMENT

Sometimes we need a little help accessing the things we love. Hobbies, sport and clubs offer a chance to enjoy fun activities, engage socially, make friends and practice skills.

RESPITE CARE

Respite care has traditionally been used to help advocates and carers have a well earned break but we also see an opportunity to use this time as a chance to create change and experience new adventures.

CAPACITY BUILDING

Supporting the need for growth and assisting participants in reaching their targets and milestones. Capacity building improves independence and adds to self-esteem.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

It's our passion to help others achieve their best lives. This means we are dedicated to helping you access the things you love and achieve your individual goals. We can support you in the community so you have access to a full range of experiences and services including shopping, sports, recreation, healthcare, entertainment, education, and adventures.

HOME CARE

Our carers can support you in your own home. We can offer regular support utilising your aged care or NDIS package. Our staff are trained assistants in nursing so are also able to help with showering, medications, hygiene, wound dressing, and personal care. NEED HELP WITH DAILY TASKS? We can support you with shopping, welfare checks, appointments and housekeeping.

RESPITE & EMERGENCY

Respite and Emergency care is an essential part of assisting carers, advocates and participants. Packages are available to suit your requirements and include 24/7 supports, accommodation, meals, transport and activities.

Our staff are experienced Assistants in Nursing and hold Certified level 3 disability qualifications. We are skilled providers of person-centred, goal-focused support for people living with a range of needs.
We believe that individuals have the right to lead active and fulfilling lives, participating within their community. We provide care in people's homes, communities, or leased accommodation for respite and emergencies.
Individuals are helped to maximise their abilities and opportunities to improve their quality of life. Each person is also encouraged to work towards increasing their independence and reaching their individual goals.

FUNDING

NDIS

We provide services to those with Self managed and Plan Managed NDIS packages. Bookings can be made via email by your plan manager, advocate, or yourself.

AGED CARE

We can provide services to those with aged care packages via their chosen provider. To use our service you must be self-managing your aged care package.

PRIVATE

We offer private rates for self-funded services. You pay for the service yourself and choose the level of support you require.
