Occupational Therapy home-based services include: assessment and training in everyday tasks, prescription of adaptive equipment and home modifications, cognitive assessment and management, as well as NDIS reports. Physiotherapy home-based servcies include: gait and mobility assessment and training, pain management, exercise prescription to improve strength and range of motion, remedial massage, and NDIS reports.
