At Swift nurses, we offer support for participants who have higher support needs or who have significant functional impairment. We can help support your search for accessible accommodation that will enhance your lifestyle.

Assist Travel/Transport:

We also help get you around by transporting you to your next medical appointment or recreational activities where you can engage with the local community by participating in sports.

Development of daily living and life skills

We know you have passions, aspirations, and plans. From meeting new people and making long lasting friendships to learning new skills and building confidence in the areas that matter to you most, we offer a range of social and life skills activities that can help you get there.

Household task

Swift nurses are equipped to assist you with a variety of household tasks within your own home, with the aim of promoting independent living and boosting confidence and self-esteem. Our caring and professional Staff understand the importance of consistency and choice and will endeavour to assist you with achieving your daily goals.

Assistance with daily life task in a group or shared living arrangement (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports people with a disability to live happy, healthy, and connected lives in the accommodation setting that best meets your needs.

Assist-life stage transition

Swift nurses will engage with you on daily living and life skills. We understand your goals and work with you and your family to put in place the right supports for you to develop everyday skills and achieve your goals while focusing on building confidence and independence.

Assist personal activities

At Swift nurses, we provide you everyday support from staff matched to your requirements who can support you in a range of settings, including, but not limited to, your own home.

Community nursing

If you are have short- or long-term disabilities or illnesses, we can provide you with a range of nursing care in your home. We understand that being in your own home can provide a level of comfort not otherwise achieved whilst in hospital. Our specialised staff will assist you in your recovery and providing ongoing support as it’s required.

Innovative Community Participation

At Swift nurses, we support and assist you to engage in recreational activities that involve interaction with others, building new skills and exploring your interests.
