The Western Australia Health District region of South East Coastal has an approximate area of 56,000 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Bandy Creek, Castletown, Chadwick, Esperance, Fitzgerald, Nulsen, Pink Lake, Sinclair, West Beach and Windabout.
It is comprised of 30 localities including Beaumont, Boyatup, Buraminya, Cape Arid, Cape Le Grand, Cascade, Condingup, Coomalbidgup, Dalyup, East Munglinup, Fitzgerald River National Park, Gibson, Grass Patch, Hopetoun, Howick, Israelite Bay, Jerdacuttup, Lort River, Merivale, Monjingup, Mount Ney, Munglinup, Myrup, Neridup and North Cascade.
It is comprised of parts of the councils of Esperance, Jerramungup and Ravensthorpe.
It is surrounded by the health districts of Central Great Southern, Northern Goldfields and Southern Wheatbelt.
It is within the state electorate of Eyre.
It is within the federal electorate of O'connor.
