The Better Health Program is a FREE program where children 6 – 12 and their families receive tailored support with:
- Quality nutrition & mindful eating
- Staying active & reducing screen-time
- Setting realistic & sustainable goals
Families will have up to 10 calls over a 6-month period to work with a qualified health professional to set goals and build sustainable healthy habits.
Families statewide can join Better Health Program online at any time that works for them. Group programs run at select BOUNCEInc trampoline parks in metro Perth in line with each school term.
