Social Work service and Specialist Support Coordination to support individuals and family members with their loved ones as part of the NDIS planning process. Social Workers work with participants and family members to solve psycho-social problems of individuals, through the conscious application of knowledge, tools and techniques. Social Workers can complete psycho-social assessments.
