CaLD Assertive Outreach Service

CALD Assertive Mental Outreach service delivers culturally safe assertive outreach services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people of CALD backgrounds, providing an integrated, evidence-based response to co-occurring substance use and mental health problems. Support helps reduce substance-related harm, promote recovery, support maintenance of positive health behavior change, and support general practice and mental health clinicians.

The service operates between 9.00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday at William Langford Community House, 82 Langford Avenue, Langford.
