About Us

Moorditj Moort (Strong Family) Outreach Service is a program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples (aged 18+) who live in Langford, Gosnells, and surrounding suburbs.

The Moorditj Moort Outreach Team work in partnership with other service providers to ensure Aboriginal community members with Mental Health and /or Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) concerns receive the best possible support for recovery and wellness.

Providing advocacy, transportation (to and from appointments), and appropriate client referrals.

We aim to assist Aboriginal community members and their families to access culturally appropriate assistance in their recovery journey. 

Outreach Workers are available, Monday - Thursday (9.00 am- 5:00 pm)
