Active8 is a FREE program where parents and carers of children 2 - 5 receive tailored support with:
- Fussy eating & positive mealtimes
- Making quality nutrition choices
- Active play & balancing screen-time
- Establishing sleep routines
Families will have up to 8 calls over a 6-month period to work with a qualified health professional to set goals and build sustainable healthy habits.
Families statewide can access Active8 online all year round. Group-based programs are available at select locations in metro Perth in line with each school term.
