About Us

Able Aide supports NDIS participants to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections through Social and Community Participation. We assist with outings, appointments, programs, hobbies and community activities so you can stay engaged, active and involved in the life you choose.

At Able Aide, our Social and Community Participation support helps NDIS participants stay connected, active and engaged in the community. We understand that everyone has unique interests, goals and comfort levels, so we tailor our support to encourage meaningful participation in a way that feels safe, respectful and enjoyable.

We assist individuals living with autism, psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, developmental delays, physical disabilities and other support needs to access local activities, build confidence and develop social skills. Whether you want to attend appointments, join a program, enjoy hobbies, visit friends, explore new experiences or simply get out into the community, our friendly support workers are here to help.

Our services include transport, companionship, goal-focused skill building, guidance in navigating social situations and support in accessing recreational, cultural, educational and wellbeing activities. We aim to reduce isolation, promote independence, and empower each participant to live a more fulfilling and connected life.

With a warm, person-centred approach, Able Aide ensures Social and Community Participation is not just support — it’s an opportunity for growth, belonging and confidence. We proudly support participants across Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and surrounding regions.
