Venue Hire

5th Ballarat Scouts are a youth group located close to the centre of Ballarat. We offer a discount on checkout for Scout Groups and Youth Groups.

Our scout hall, a great multi-functional space suitable for groups or events and has indoor and outdoor space. The hall is 25 mins walk from Ballarat train station, 15 mins walk to Woolworths and the Ballarat Mall, and 20 mins walk to Sovereign Hill.

Hiring our hall directly contributes to supporting our youth programs as all our leaders and committee are volunteers. This space is ideal for: Community gatherings and groups, dance classes, gym classes, consultations, training and workshops, and so much more. As this is a youth venue, we have a no alcohol policy for hires.

We provide a non-formal educational movement, Scouting strives to contribute to the education of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual potentials and individuals. Our program focuses on personal progression and developing the community leaders of the future.
