Club Room. TV, heating/cooling, kitchen level 2, carpet floor, 7 large tables [sits 10 per table], 2 smaller tables [sits 8 per table], 100 chairs, all crockery, cutlery, for 90 people. Mens and ladies toilets, plus disabled toilet. Wheelchair friendly. Plenty of parking.

$15.00 per hour, for not for profit organizations, minimum $60.00.
