About Us
The Better Health Coaching Service is a FREE phone-based service where adults aged 18 – 74, with a BMI of 27 or above, receive personalised and tailored support to make meaningful behaviour changes towards their health goals.
Across 10 sessions you will work with your own health coach to build skills and knowledge and achieve health goals in the areas that matter most to you; such as healthy eating, staying active, reducing alcohol, quitting smoking or managing chronic health conditions.
