U3A Magnetic Island

There's always something to do with U3A Magnetic Island

We have a very active branch of the Townsville U3A on Magnetic Island.

This worldwide movement provides learning and activities primarily targeting those in active retirement.

Our approximately 40 members take part in classes covering everything from languages (Spanish, French), the stock market, music and Tai Chi to presentations on a variety of subjects, including history, science, the environment, nature and travel.

U3A membership costs $40 per year and covers all classes and activities.

There may be small additional costs associated with venues etc.
